Tax - feeling grateful
Hi Tribe! I haven't been here for a while, but I wanted to stop by and share this experience. I just paid a tax bill. Each time I do this, I feel grateful. While I'm doing it, I genuinely feel so good that I smile. I sit in gratitude and say 'thank you' out loud afterwards. Today I felt tears of joy. I'm so grateful that I have manifested my business, and it gets better and better. I'm grateful for the tax bill because it means I had money flowing in. It's an honor to put some back into the system to go towards helping others.

Trouble meditating
Hi. I a, new to meditating and I am having problems with doing it for more than 10 minutes. My mind goes crazy after that and I become quite uncomfortable. I actually start screaming in my mind sometimes. Can anyone tell me how they built up their meditation length? Aaron has so many meditations I want to try, but they are all so long lol!

My partner has ADHD and finds it incredibly difficult. They’ve found that short spells work - maybe a couple of minutes. Start there. Also don’t forget, thoughts come into and out of your mind. I find it helpful to try and concentrate on the air I can feel in the tip of my nose, that helps to bring me back when my mind wanders. It’s not about the amount of time, it’s that you’re doing it every day, whatever the duration. You’re doing good - keep it up pal.

Hello High Vibers! I've been feeling a little blue lately, and I'm looking for the old daily meditation from the 101 course. Not the one that is there now, but the old one. Does anyone know where I can find it? I did it religiously and miss it (and its effect) a lot. Thank you! AP.x
