Safe way of working means very very strictly NOT USING IMAGE OR NAME REFERENCES WHEN CREATING THE BASE PROMPTS. And this needs to be verifiable if the client ask for it. Would you recommend having two different decks ...one short deck for initial sales calls explaining how the workflow works, and a more detailed onboarding deck after the client signs? My thinking is that the first deck helps qualify whether the client is a good fit, while the second prevents expectation drift once the project starts. Have you found this kind of split useful, or is it better to keep things lighter and more conversational?
