Specifically curious about: - Channels that worked best (LinkedIn, Instagram, referrals, partnerships, etc.) - What you looked for to qualify lead quality quickly Trying to stay focused on speed and signal over volume. Appreciate any insight from people a few steps ahead.

One inbox One domain. 50 emails a day. Then “cold email doesn’t work.” Outbound is infrastructure + math. Multiple domains. Multiple inboxes. Enough volume to smooth randomness. Simple offers You need a system that can send, survive, and iterate. If you’re building an AI agency and not running outbound, you’re waiting to be discovered instead of choosing who you talk to. Im Alex I work in sales at the moment, I was in B2C but recently transitioned to B2B. AI is definitely something I want to learn more about and build my knowledge gap while I learn the ins and outs of big businesses, how they work, what problem they face etc. Anyone else in Sydney want to connect?

G’day everyone, I am fresh to the AI world. I’m from the Central Coast NSW (1hr north of Sydney). I have an engineering background (mechatronics and control systems/SCADA) and interested in AI automation/assitance of engineering by tasks; because engineers like to design cool things but we don’t like doing paperwork!
