Sourcing High-Quality Leads After Warm Outreach
Once you’ve fully exhausted your warm network, what’s been the most effective way to source high-quality leads early on without burning time on low-intent cold outreach? Specifically curious about: - Channels that worked best (LinkedIn, Instagram, referrals, partnerships, etc.) - What you looked for to qualify lead quality quickly Trying to stay focused on speed and signal over volume. Appreciate any insight from people a few steps ahead.

That makes sense, and I agree on intent > volume. For me right now, I’m optimizing for speed and real time conversations (5–7 day feedback loops), so I’m leaning more toward direct outreach where contact is expected... warm referrals first, then straight to business owners/operators who actively feel the pain day to day. I see communities and comments as a longer term play, but for early traction I’m prioritizing channels where replies are binary and fast (yes/no, intro/no intro), so I can pressure-test the offer quickly. Curious, when you moved beyond warm intros, what was the fastest channel for you in terms of same-week replies?

That makes sense. Right now I’m reaching out to owners and ops leads at small service businesses. I'm trying to get fast signal before narrowing further. From what you’ve seen, which role tended to care the most right away?
Win Update✅
Sent DMs to my warm network today.First discovery call is now booked. Kept it simple. No pitching. Just conversations. Still pushing outreach and keeping volume high, but wanted to share this for anyone still hesitating, action really does compound fast. On to the next one.

I'm ALL In!
I’m Awande. Based in the U.S. Currently studying Business Analytics & Marketing. I’m here to build as an AI consultant. Not to overthink tools, but to help businesses spot friction and fix it with simple, practical systems. Goal: First paid client in the next 30 days. Let’s see if Liam really means what he says. No pressure 😅 Why: I don’t want to sit on the sidelines watching this space grow. I’d rather get uncomfortable, talk to real businesses, and learn by doing. I’ll be moving fast, sharing progress, and helping where I can. Looking forward to building alongside everyone here!

Hi guys, my name is Hamzah. I'm currently in Texas. I moved here from Michigan for work. My goal with this is to learn as much as I can about AI and see how I can make money with it. I would like to land a client ASAP. I want to be able to achieve freedom. That includes location freedom and time freedom. Also, I want to see what I can build with AI.
