Don't be too caught up on profit when you first launch
It's so easy to work out a retail price in your head, then measure this up against your cost price to make sure you have plenty of profit. But then when it comes to actually selling, you're making no sales, and your Cost Per Acquisition is through the roof. Instead, wit ha new brand, its far more important to just sell as much product as possible, even if you just break even. reason being, we are building a brand, what's more important right now is social proof, reviews, email subscribers, social media followers etc. Build your audience first, grow your community, then slowly you can put the prices up and start concentrating on that profit.

Christmas theming
Hope everyone has now moved over from their Black Friday sales theme, and switched over to Christmas! This should reflect the home page of your website, socials, and ad creatives. Even if you keep the same offer, just make sure to re-theme it. Keep looking to ramp up those sales over this next 2 week period!

Shopify had a global issue yesterday!
If you have a shopify website, and had slow sales yesterday morning, this is because Shopify had shut down globally meaning people could not access the website. This issue was fixed yesterday evening and should be fixed now. Annoying on Cyber Monday of all days! I hate to think how much money was wasted in ad spend yesterday 😩

Yeah not great timing at all! Did you ever hear what caused the outage? I’m happy they fixed it quickly, but still a lot of wastage there across the board
