If you’re inside ECOM Accelerator Program, you’re already ahead of 90% of people still “thinking about starting.”
I want to share something real with you guys… A few years ago, I was just a regular guy working a 9–5 job. Long hours. Fixed salary. Waiting for weekends. I knew I wanted more, but I didn’t know where to start. I made mistakes in the beginning — wrong products, bad suppliers, wasting money on ads without strategy. I almost quit. Then my uncle introduced me to dropshipping properly. Not the “get rich quick” way… but the structured way:• Product research with data• Proper store branding• Testing with strategy• Focusing on conversions, not just traffic That changed everything. Today, I generate around $30k per month from my store. Not because I’m special. But because I stopped guessing and started following a blueprint. For beginners in this community, here’s my honest advice: 1️⃣ Don’t rush to scale before validating your product.2️⃣ Focus on solving a real problem, not chasing trends blindly.3️⃣ Learn ads properly before spending big budgets.4️⃣ Build systems, not hype. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to start smart. If you’re new and feeling overwhelmed, drop a comment or message me. I’m happy to guide beginners so you can avoid the mistakes that cost me time and money. Let’s build real businesses. Winners move with strategy 💪
Motivation Gets You Started, Discipline Gets You There
Motivation vs Discipline: Which One Should You Rely On? Let’s break it down. Motivation is that feeling you get when you're super excited to start something new. It gives you that boost to get going, but it doesn’t always stick around. Some days you feel motivated, and other days you don’t. Now, discipline is different. It’s what keeps you going when motivation dips. It’s about doing the work even when you don’t feel like it. Discipline is showing up, even on the days when you’re not in the mood. Why is discipline so important? Discipline is what gets you through the tough days. Motivation might get you started, but it’s discipline that helps you finish. It’s about building a routine and sticking to it, even when the excitement is gone. Discipline doesn’t depend on how you feel. It’s about making yourself do it anyway. When you have discipline, you train yourself to show up every day, no matter what. Over time, those small actions add up and lead to real progress. Discipline is what pushes you to keep going when it gets hard, and that’s where the magic happens. So next time you’re waiting for motivation, remember: discipline is what gets things done. Stay consistent, and the results will follow.

Where Would You Live for a Year and Why?
DUNNO WHO NEEDS TO HEAR THIS, but If you could live anywhere in the world for one year, where would it be and why? 🌍✨ Would you go for the sunny beaches, the bustling cities, or somewhere completely off the grid? 🏖️🏙️🌲 And hey, bonus points if your reason is something totally unexpected! Maybe you’re chasing sunsets or hunting for the best street food – let’s hear it! 😎🍜

Don't be afraid on giving away free sh*t!
When starting a new business, no matter if you're selling products, or a service - the single most important thing is getting your product out there to people to try, and review. Social proof is so important to a new customer as they would prefer to buy from an established brand, and see what other people are saying first before they buy. If you don't give anything away for free at first, this can be very difficult to obtain organically, no matter how much you're spending on ads. I wouldn't be so conscious of profit, in the first 12 months. Instead, I'd be a lot more focused on reviews, social proof (images or videos or people using your product/service), social media followers and engagement. This will create a very core following for your brand, that I guarantee will show loyal support for years to come, as they will always appreciate the freebies from the start.
