Using Claude Code for MHPs
Hey Everyone - I joined this community back in November and have been getting through the course. I run an Ai consulting business outside of investing in real estate (raw land, land and home packages and now MHPs) so I started leverage Claude Code to help find deals in my target markets. Is anyone else experimenting with it? With a couple apis from Google Maps you can really narrow down your list.

I've used gpt + VAs, to aggregate zoning/parcel info for quality land leads for Mobile Homes. I'm a programmer for my day job, so I us LLMs every day, also use it to help me with home repairs lol

@Nick Turnbull sure, I'm open to a conversation. Full disclosure, I've yet to close on my first piece of land using this method. After some refinement I've managed to actually find viable parcels, but it is a numbers game, so we'll see how things turn out. Municipalities often have zoning maps that don't match the ordinance, or parcels that don't fit 100% into the zoning polygon. Idk... it's been interesting.
