💎 From Zero to First Page in 30 Days 🔥⭐
Just had to share this win — 30 days ago, on October 5th, I started adding members to my Skool Community. Today, I hit two huge milestones: ✅ Received my FIRE 🔥 ✅ Made it to the FIRST PAGE — ⭐ currently sitting at #30 What’s wild is I declared this would happen by the end of the 21 Day Manifesting Challenge I’m running… we’re only on Day 3, and it’s already done. (I was at 36 when I declared that on Day 1). Massive gratitude to my community and THIS community — I’ve learned so much from everyone. 🙏 Would love to know — when you hit a milestone like this, how do you celebrate your progress?

That is so amazing! What an accomplishment. You are inspiring! Question - of all the things that have led you here, what would be 1 thing you would recommend to others in search of the star?
📈 3 Days, 3 New Members In The Community
I launched a new community this week. I have run two communities for a long time, this one is a fresh new offer. What I did differently this time, I kept the community light, not spending hours in planning classrooms. I prepped the basics and opened the doors. Very scary for me as I'm kind of perfectionist... Then I did the simple work: real conversations with people I know throughout skool. 👉 The result: 3 days in, 3 new paying members. I'm really happy that I started it messy, I feel still terrible on how there are so many things missing in that community but I'm glad I took the steps. The next step is to keep showing up with the 2 things any skooler needs to do: - Find members - Serve members Which I have been reminded recently by 1 amazing skoolers: @Matthew Thompson It is also something @Jenna Ostrye has been telling for quite some time as well I'm good at and I really prefer the "Serve members" part but I'm committed to do the "Find members" daily as well.

@Kevin Suarez Sabugo hey quick question - do you work with airtable? What do you think are the best use cases for it?

@Kevin Suarez Sabugo I’ve been playing around with it for my campaign finance clients. I have so many interconnected tables of information and I was impressed with how quickly AI could setup. I really need to streamline and automate some key processes to benefit from one to many sales.
😻 My Skool Cat Plush arrived
I gave it to myself as a reward for hitting my first real milestone inside my new community. 🎉 This guy is great! I’ve been building alongside so many of you here in Build with Jenna, and this space has truly helped me stay focused, supported, and aligned with my goals. @Jenna Ostrye , Thank you for this group. You have asked a lot of thought provoking questions that inspire me to be a better community leader. To anyone still in the early phases, including myself, of course ... just keep going. Celebrate the little wins. They all add up to big wins. Celebrating the wins by rewarding yourself with something, helps lock it into your brain to more easily and effortlessly keep taking the actions.

How Many Communities Are You In?
Being considered a Skool "Power User", I'm in a lot of communities.. But I don't see that as a bad thing. One of the signs that someone is going to stick around on the platform is when they get plugged in and are a part of several communities! There are a mix of people in here.. some OGs, some who have been around a bit, & some brand new. I want to know how many communities you're in and what makes you join and stay in a community? Be as specific as you want to be :) This will be helpful for those who are wanting and working on creating a community worth joining and investing time to really become a member. 🫶

@Jenna Ostrye Such a great question. I am a member of 6 and I have started about 6. This has been a learning process for me and I've already started pruning the number of communities. I've found it helpful to learn the platform and I also believe that the beauty of SKOOL is that we can explore so many opportunities for growth in our own lives, while also supporting the financial growth of other people. I'm getting ready to do a Core Values reset and I think my connection to skool is what has helped me reset my own life and it brings me great joy to walk alongside my other comrades in life on similar journeys.
Monetize While You're Building (Even in a Free Community)
Here’s a simple way to bring in cash flow while you’re building your community or running a free one. Let people support you. Give them a clean way to gift you and fuel the mission. In the $100M Playbook: Fast Cash, Hormozi explains that fast, ethical cash from your warmest audience beats waiting for “someday.” Most people want to support, they just need a button. There are two ways that you can do this. 1) The first idea is similar to "Buy A Coffee".. or tea or little treat etc. 🎁 The setup is easy: - Create a new classroom as a Buy Now. - Give it a name and description like Support the Mission or Buy Me A Coffee. Example: “If you’ve gotten value and want to support, your gifts help me keep building this community.” - Set the price to something that is meaningful, but not too much. I go with $7, because it feels right. - Put something inside the classroom as a Thank You! This could be a personal video, a bonus, or just something personal. That's it. Super simple and allows people to give back if they want to. I went with a Buy A Coffee For Jenna and inside is a Thank you page, fun facts, about me and an invitation for you to share about yourself in the community. 2) The second way is to let people become supporters of the community at one basic level or even at different tiers. 💪 They may really appreciate what you’re doing and want to contribute more often. For now, you can set this up manually by offering multiple Buy Now classrooms (one for each tier). Later, when Skool releases subscription courses, you’ll be able to offer it as a true monthly option. Here’s a simple tier setup you can use or inspire you: - Supporter ($5): Thank you, just like the first option - Champion ($19): Supporter perks plus a monthly upload into the classroom - Patron ($49): Champion perks plus a monthly call together or early access to new content You can even add an image to the About Page with a “Thanks to our supporters!” banner and showcase profile photos or a list of names. It makes people feel recognized and part of something bigger.

@Lara Sloan Hey Lara! I'm trying to find your link so I can buy you a welcome coffee and maybe we can chat about your women's wellness group! I need to get well... Can't seem to find the link. I look forward to a little coffee chat!

@Jenna Ostrye my very very long analogy. I need to get better at less is more. The younger generations have that figured out. I’m a little behind the times I’m gonna work on that sorry everyone for the extremely long responses.
