Lunchbreak well spent🌊🚿🌞
Spent my lunchbreak with some coldplunge and sauna. And 20 minutes relaxing in the sun. It’s a great way to start the weekend. Have a good one.

This sounds interesting. I think a lot of people don’t realize they’re “stuck” until they’ve been in the same loop for a while. Curious what kind of tools or structure you’re planning to include is it more habit-based, mindset work, or a mix of both?

Sometimes a 30 minute walk in the nature can make you feel like a new person. And make it a daily habit, and you will feel the benefits within a short time. Anyone familiar with this?

Yeah, I’ve noticed this too. It’s crazy how just stepping away and getting some fresh air can reset your mind a bit. Even short walks make a difference if you do them consistently.
