A straightforward gym program that fits my schedule. The routines are easy to follow and the variety every month makes the workouts fun and challenging. I’m currently doing the 3x week workouts because it’s what fits my schedule but it’s nice to know i have the 4x week workouts if I want to challenge myself. Joe is really responsive with any questions or concerns and is great at motivating the group and sharing his progress. Six weeks in and I feel great!
