Interview fatigue
Hey, folks! I'm curious to know how you deal with what I call "interview fatigue". When I start a new recruitment process, I'm basically constructing a whole vision of my next few years and presenting that to a new face. I'm also doing that over and over again for every new company that want to talk to me. Given I've been looking for work all year, I'm only now realising just how cognitively demanding this process is. Have you experienced this? How do you deal with it?

what i did when i was looking for a job was to write the common answers down and then change them a bit depending on the company i was applying to. same for the cv. i had a master cv whith everything and then i would strip it as needed for the application. those two points helped a lot on the cognitive load of the applications and interviews. when the fatigue came i just took a rest, maybe a couple of days of not thinking about applying for a job and trying to be ok with it (because, honestly, not being able to pay your bills doesn't really let you rest that much).

Goal: start freelancing deadline: end of the year honestly i don't want to be freenlancing as much as i want to have more time for mysefl. but it seems nearly impossible to find a good paying job that is part-time, so freelancing is the only way i think. the deadline is end of the year because i just got a job in a good company where i'm learing a lot and i have a lot of freedom.

How to avoid burnout?
A couple months ago I went through burnout, trying to become a better developer. I had to take a couple days off here and there because I could not focus on my work and felt overwhelmed. Now I'm afraid to focus on that target again. How can you move up to senior without burning yourself out in the process?

I can't add much more than what have been posted, other than you need to consider studying part of your workload. One advice that i recieved once was to limit any "productive" activity after a certain time. so in my case i limit all coding and studying at 11pm, and all computer activity at 2am (night person here ๐Ÿ˜…). and i do so with a software so is not on my hands to enforce that limit. doing that helped me to do other things and fully disconnect from the stressful part of my life. i once burned out so bad that i got fired and decided to never code again, and it took me about 1.5 years to start getting back into it and another year to fully commit and find a job. don't let that happen to you!
โš ๏ธ Which Learning Modules should we release first? โš ๏ธ
Hey future Senior Devs, @Bogdan Nedelcu and I are working on the new modules in the Classroom and wondered how to prioritize things. Which one do you want us to release first? 1. Framework Mastery (Frontend) 2. Full-stack Thinking 3. Data Structures & Algorithms 4. Mental Models 5. Software Architecture P.S. Is there anything else that you are missing and would like to see? Comment below.

Back-end developer moving into full stack. I work with NodeJS mostly and I'm learning front-end with VueJS.
