Elite Endeavor Book Club 2-15-26
Chapter 15: Rough side of the mountain We had a great conversation this week, with some great conversation from everyone and what they have going on in their lives and how they are overcoming the challenges of life. We meet every Sunday at 4pm PST, 6pm CST, 7pm EST. Reading the book is not required, the focus is on the conversation with the group and applying the principles from the book to our daily life. Into the void no explanation needed
I love this quote. Those who are willing to dive into the challenge and uncertainty that comes with trying to improve themselves (the void) do not need to explain themselves to people who sit on the sidelines and watch life pass them by. To those who don’t see the value in self improvement, it may seem foolish to spend so much time and effort sculpting yourself into the person you want to become. Don’t let this stop you from working on the greatest project you will ever have: yourself. Jump into the void and don’t worry about whether people understand. Once you bring your dreams into reality, everyone will know why you were working so hard. Until then, let them question.

Grocery shopping to fuel performance on a budget
A Walmart grocery haul on how I would shop if I trying to eat to fuel performance (on and off the mats) and for overall health while staying budget friendly. I put a photo of the grocery list if you want to save it to take to the store with you. Going to post some videos of cooking this food to help out any who may be brand new to cooking for themselves (particularly young athletes like where I was at one point) and for anyone unsure of just how easy to is to cook a healthy meal and have it taste fairly good. Hope this helps some of you and gives you some ideas for next time you are shopping. Let’s make 2026 the healthiest year yet! 💪🏻

How bout adding flavor like pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion and garlic powder is it healthy or not healthy to add?
Progress is what’s important
Don’t be so fixated on achieving giant milestones that you look past the importance of the little things. Progress of any sort in the right direction is going to be better than big goals and aspirations that you give up on entirely.
