I have a workflow that calls leads outbound, but the calls aren't appearing in the conversations anymore, they did before. In the logs it says that the call was successful, but it doesn't show anywhere. I would be sure that it's not that the leads aren't answering, because before, at least it showed a 4 sec recording of the voicemail

Hello, I'm having some trouble when making outbound calls. At some point in the call, the agent just asks the question it should ask, i answer it, and it never replies anymore. There isn't anything in the prompt that should cause that, or any confusion regarding that. Could this be happening to someone else, or has happened?
