Whats your morning routine?
for me, I'm up around 5:30 - 6, hit 5 minutes of gratitude, 5 minutes of mindful stretching/breathing, brush my teeth and I'm out the door. I hit the gym, come back and get my mushroom coffee, protein shake and water ready and I get to work by 8/830. What about you?

@Mitchell Brooks It fluctuates but as long as I dont go 4+ days with less than 5 then it's feasible. I DO feel a need to get a little siesta in, most days around 3-5.

@Mitchell Brooks ye it's practiced in Spain and most Eastern countries. l heard its a cultural thing across cities/towns where everyone winds down.
Empty the bucket
We forget how far our tank can go if we never test it

I've had "empty the bucket" on my desk for years now! Reminders are always great if you can visualize the saying. Were all sitting on a reservoir of experiences, perspectives and nuggets the world is waiting to see. Thanks for the reminder bro
What do you guys think about Commitment?
When I think about commitment, the first things that come to mind for me are the following: 1. Parenting 2. Entrepreneurship 3. Exercise 4. Love In reflection, I see each of these as major commitments within my life. Major areas where I decided at some point to ensure that my actions reflect genuine appreciation of the core values each area represents. The times things when were worst in my life has been when I neglected what these stand for in my Mind and Heart. So what about you? What comes to mind when you think of the word Commitment?

I like the format, I got: Trust Vision Diligence Trust in the partner/teams vision with diligence. Trust takes both a level of vulnerability to reveal true desire but also creates the greatest relationships no matter the dynamic. Real life examples of building trust: - Going out of your way to get do something kind and correct for your partner/spouse immediately after it's been mentioned. - Listening to a friends dire problems and holding space for them to process without jumping to give advice. - Speaking confidently on someone's behalf especially when their not in the room, even if the audience is seeking to talk down on them. I think the more you do good as well, you begin to trust your own instincts too.
