I combine both A + B. I have a template structure and time blocking in Notion; however, each day is planned based on my to-do lists. I have a brain dump which I organise every day or two.

A year-end approach to content that actually converts
Between now and the end of the year, so many business owners start sprinting — posting more, trying new tactics, and flooding their channels with content in hopes of squeezing out one last push. But this season isn’t about more content. It's about content that converts — thoughtfully, sustainably, and in alignment with the community you’re building. In today’s new YouTube episode, I’m breaking down the content conversions that actually matter right now and the five adjustments I’m making inside my own business as we move toward 2026. Here’s what I cover: • Why community-first platforms (like Skool) are outperforming social media • The About Page updates that directly support conversions • How carousel posts are doing the heavy lifting for deeper connection • The classroom structure that leads new members to take natural next steps • And why year-end live workshops generate genuine momentum If you want to finish the year with clarity — not chaos — this episode will help you focus on what truly matters. 👉 Watch the episode below Let me know what resonates for you. I’d love to hear what you’re working toward between now and year-end.
