RAD-140 Protocol
I just put together a RAD-140 protocol for the community. It covers the basics of how it's run, what to expect, the support supplements, and what bloodwork to keep an eye on. Full protocol here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MUbGmH-LNfTIVfXZzlYQjCwDhof_D5HhWds5_6h7LK4/edit?tab=t.0 Have you run RAD-140 before? What was your experience with it?

I ran a Rad/Cardarine cycle while on a low dose of Reta and Tesa/Ipa and had phenomenal results. Though I was taking Enclomiphene at the time, my test tanked to 240. I’m now back on TRT, feeling great and pumped to run it again. I have not tried S23…how does that compare w RAD and are there any other SARM stacks to run along w TRT that will drive a lean bulk goal?

@Casey B not while I was running RAD/Cardarine 20/20mg daily, my total test tanked to 240, going to run again while on TRT and I’m sure the results will be much better
Updated Labs since starting TRT and taking a break from RAD
https://share.rythmhealth.com/r/rRRTMYKnpj5nfXgyTrGFhjR Tony and fam, Wanted to share my updated labs since coming off RAD. My Ferritin is now in range, it came down from over 1000. My test is way up (from 230 to 1500) since discontinuing Enclomiphene and RAD. May be a little high? I started at 200mg for about a month and then dropped down to 120 a week for past couple weeks, as I started getting bacne. Plan to add in LGD3303 w TRT/mk etc again next week. Any recommendations are much appreciated!
Next Sarm Stack…
Tony, what are your thoughts on LGD 3303 & yk-11, with a test base, compared to S23. Since I’m new to SARMs I’d like to experiment with all The best stacks. Just wrapping up my last week of RAd-140/Cardarine at 10 weeks. Saw great results, but don’t feel like enclomiphene alone is the most optimal choice. So going to start TRT/HCG again during a break and get labs done. I’ll post them Here next week when I get results.

Yes that’s the priority, getting bloodwork dialed in first before anything else other than T. I haven’t had those specific markers checked but will asap, this was a basic panel I got primarily to see where my test was. Made that adjustment immediately to get back on TRT, and stop enclomiphene. I wasn’t expecting to see the ferritin so high, so I’m wondering if the RAD/cardarine has something to do with it. I think I’m training too much at 6 days a week pretty hard and I work out in my garage which can get pretty hot in Fl…other than that not sure what could be triggering it….

@Baylor Josephson I don’t eat excessive red meat, but def 1-2x a week. Will have get the other markers checked and see what could be triggering it. I’ve not used Sarms before so wondering if that could be the culprit
The Best First Cycle They Won't Tell You About
Ten years ago, I probably would have said a low dose testosterone cycle was the best place to start. Today, my answer is completely different. Most people jump straight to testosterone without realizing they're often shutting down the very thing they're trying to improve: their own natural testosterone production. That's why Enclomiphene has become one of the most interesting options for beginners. Instead of replacing your natural production, it works by increasing it. For someone looking for better energy, recovery, muscle-building potential, health, and longevity, that can be a very different approach than immediately committing to exogenous testosterone. The real question is: If you were starting over from scratch today, would you still choose testosterone as your first cycle? Or would you rather try maximizing your natural production first? Drop your age, current testosterone level (if you know it), and your goals below. Muscle gain, fat loss, performance, longevity, libido, or something else? 🎥 Full video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8nMa3xfU-DA

Tony, I used TRT from age 34-38 then stopped to try and let my body reset. Started Enclomiphene In January, for about 6 months or so and have been using RAD-140 the past 2 1/2 months. Got blood work done and Total test was mid 200. I dropped my blood panel results in earlier post. For me Enclomiphene didn’t work so I decided to get back in TRT. When you have time, please take a look at my results and let me know what you think, especially interested in why my Ferritin is so high…thanks brother!

I definitely felt a lot better on TRT, I noticed brain fog, low libido/energy. I didn’t let the enclo/rad wash out, I just got my labs last week while still running both. But after seeing T levels I stopped enclo and started TRT again. Last week on Rad… I definitely saw great improvements using RAD in strength, some size, fat loss, vascularity/pumps. Going to come off SARMs for a month and get my T up then start another stack..
A pill that gives you 20% more stamina without running
Your body is bad at recycling broken mitochondria. They pile up. They slow you down. Urolithin A activates mitophagy – your cell's garbage disposal for old batteries. This new book explains how it improves muscle endurance the same as weeks of training. No exercise required. Question for the group: How much would you pay for that pill? Tony, how does Urolithin A compare to FOX-04, are they similar in MOA? What dose do you recommend?

I haven’t used either yet, but want to add Urolithin A to the next Mitochondrial stack with methylene blue, once done with Mots-C, SS-31, NAd. I’ll probably keep the Nad going a few times a week
