Hello, I just ordered a floor plan for one of my tours, and I was planning to order all 3 types of floor plans. However, once I placed the first one, it wouldn't let me go back to order the others (the button was greyed out). Is it possible to have multiple floor plans for a single project? My end goal is to have an example tour to show customers with all 3 variants of the floor plans that they can choose from! Thank you! With Regards, Alan Agosto

What have you found to be your favorite and most effective way to reach prospects/new clients and introduce them to 360° virtual tours? For extra credit, why?

I have GA on this tour and it is showing 39 users, however, the CP view count is showing 46. I am curious if the 46 from Google Analytics is representing User View Count? I am also curious on how I can get track the Google Street View clicks/views. I have found that the GA4 is only tied to the tour itself and doesn't track when a user views GSV tours on the Google Business Profile. It only tracks event that occur on the Hosted Tour link. ***update*** I found a workaround to determine views on Google Street View. You must go to the contribute tab of your google profile. This groups all views together though and there is no easy way to filter out only certain location to see total views. Not the ideal way to get view count for my clients =/

Hey All, I wanted to start a discussion on the differences between these features. I recently did the following tour at my city's golf course: https://tours.aisvirtualtours.com/tours/4m-PzxzNa and uploaded it via "Publish to GSV." GSV doesn't hold all the cool features that CloudPano offers with the Hosted Tours option (embedded in website/shared to socials). When you upload to GSV, the most important part is setting the North Point on each scene accurately, and adjusting the pin locations to resemble the location where the photo was taken from. Ensure you are uploading accurate information and don't get flagged by Google! I had edited and linked hotspots/infospots before uploading to GSV, and that wasn't necessary. However, if I present the tour to the golf course manager, showing him the lead generation and walk-through capabilities, they can host the CP tour on their website! This is where I plan to show real value! I had done the GSV to get my foot in the door, and then spiced up the tour with some creativity and value for a $$ negotiation! TL;DR - GSV is just the photos you upload with North Point and pin locations being important for accuracy. CP Hosted add value with lead generation/live/white labeling/infospots/walk-through but require more creativity/time. Use this information to save yourself some time if you planning on offering just GSV, or setup a negotiation strategy!
