Life cycles :)
Hello friends and happy Monday evening to you :) Thank you for being! And, thank you for being here….now.🙏 Our next live zoom meditation will be held this Wednesday, April 22, at 730pm. Here is the link to sign on if you would like to join… Meeting ID: 830 9550 4004 Passcode: 580273 https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83095504004?pwd=hY1UCJSgbadhPZ8g2BaE981LOiER0j.1 As I hop on my plane back to Orlando from Toronto, I’ve been contemplating the life cycle. During my trip, I visited with some lovely friends, one of whom is nearing the end of his life. I know many of us are experiencing this too. A friend, a family member, ourselves….we are each born, and at a certain point, the cycle completes itself. What is it that we are here for? I’ve been asking myself / Am I doing it right? Am I living the life the Holy Spirit wants me to live? What is this life truly for? It’s like two bookends - the span of our lives plays between these two bookends. There is a level of knowing, a level of trust, that tells me I cannot go wrong, that all paths lead to the one space of being. Is this true? I don’t know. But I do know I am so grateful for each and every experience that presents itself. They and you, are all my teachers. This may or may not resonate for you so I would love to receive your offerings and reflections, if these questions, or your own, have a desire to be shared. Wishing each of you peace, love, light, and with the deepest gratitude for your existence. 🙏💝☺️✨

Beth…very sorry to hear about your friend nearing the end of his life. When I have been in this same position, as many people have, it has definitely caused me to pause and reflect on life. While we all are traveling our own path, I have found that the family we have and the friends we make along the way, really are the treasure in life. As I’m writing this I’m thinking about the quote by Jennifer Wagner: “Life is a journey and we each travel our own path. No one is ahead or behind. We're all on our own unique timeline. So trust the process and celebrate every step you take.”, and the poem called “The Dash”…sending you peace, kindness, and light…😊☺️
Happy Monday to you :)
Good morning and happy Monday friends. Thinking of you and sending love. I would like to make sure you are aware that our zoom meditation session will be held this evening, Monday April 13, at 730pm. Recording will be sent out after the session. I hope the weekend was peaceful for you and brought you many opportunities to experience your moments. I am always grateful for the sound of the morning birds singing their songs. It’s still early but the chirps are beginning. I would love to know what inspires you to presence. With love and gratitude for you and for this moment. Warmly, Beth

Happy Monday…Thankful for another day…a fresh start…with endless possibilities. Grateful for cool mornings, “early birds” starting their morning serenade, great coffee, happy cats, and a quiet and peaceful start to this day…and in a few minutes going on a prayer and meditation walk as the sun rises…just to name a few.
Whimsical invitations…
Open me and I shall see that this very moment is fleeting, and it is never ending - eternity / eternally - love. I see. I see. I see. Me!🙃☺️🙃☺️❤️ There is no other, and as this is so, what is the story, morning glory? I am grateful to be - to be free… and this freedom is available to each and every being / once I see the mind is…..a ruler, and a toolbox too….a kit, a calculator, and a store; a pen, a paper, and an equation - but nothing really more. The real - the truth - the reality, is in the being & the being shines the light for the seeing they meet in the middle of the circle…the target 🎯 ….the center point. Shine the light. Light the light. Be the light. Share the light. Om namah shivaya. Om. Thank you. Thank you for this moment - this day - this life practice, this seeing. Oh love! I love you. Oh love! Thank you for being true - I mean TRUTH. Thank you for holding peace and prayer. Thank you for holding sadness and despair. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I look to you love, and I look within me; but funnily enough, I don’t need to look to see. That you are through and through - everywhere and all around me. This truth is illuminated by the cracking open of this heart. Boy oh boy, it’s so darn smart. The ride of my life - Open me. Open me. I see - I feel - The soft and smooth The stark and sharp Deep, rich, dark, pained, loved, light, harsh, night. It is all so good and all so right. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 4/6/26 I would love to hear (read!) your contemplations :)

I re-read this a few times because there are so many things to contemplate. I believe the verses magnify openness to each person’s own best path in life, living with gratitude, truth, and love, and being comfortable with every version of ourselves.
Monday Magic 💝🙏
Hello friends and happy Monday to you! I am sitting quietly before the sun has risen and before much of my neighborhood has sprung to life. I love love love this time. It is calm. It is serene, and I feel that there is potential….a new day ahead. What is it that I want to create? What is it that I want to cultivate during this brand new day. I feel reminded that we always get another chance. 🙏 We get to choose where we place our focus, our time, and our energy. It doesn’t matter what we do, but where and how we focus our energy does make a difference to our nervous systems and to our consciousness. I find that when I watch an intense show or read an intense book, I am carrying the plot, the characters, and the scenarios with me long after I turn off the show or put down the book. I create my own inquiries, take the characters to bed with me, and sometimes wake up with them. So how might this affect our physiology? Simply noted, shows and books that lift us up will ground and settle our nervous systems; while shows and books that rattle us have the potential to destabilize us for a bit. I would love to know how it is for you. Do you experience this as well? What is your experience with intense external stimuli? Please join us Wednesday for meditation on Zoom if you would like! 730pm. I love this one and watch often :) You Tube link https://youtu.be/4115qFsdWKQ?si=RVnMGe95LehJ0oY0 Peace, love, and light Beth 💝🙏

Marvelous video about the power of living life with gratitude. I rise each day while it’s still dark, and enjoy the stillness and quiet. I spend the first part of that time each day in prayer and meditation, and the second part remembering all the things I’m grateful for…big and small. So far my list has 127 things, and I am adding to it often. Thank you for the beautiful and peaceful reminder to approach life with gratitude.
