Help - I need to soundboard
Hi all, I lead business for a small agentic ERP company - $1mil ARR. I am looking to build workspaces for prep before calls with prospect, for RFP & RFQ responses, decks and everything in between. I need some guidance. (I am building using Gemini CLI - claude is a no-go in my org. trust me this is a difference maker. so many things claude does implicitly require explicit prompting here. even running searches. i miss claude so much.) The videos are actionable and specific - great, but I'm still struggling to apply. A call with someone with whom I could bounce off ideas will be great!

is the rindig github repo for workspace building still the most updated?
Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
1. Watch the intro video and introduce yourself in the intro post here 2. Start with The Foundation (free course). Concepts, folder architecture, prompting framework. Everything else builds on this. 3. Check in at the bottom of each lesson. Polls, discussion posts, other members working through the same stuff. Use them. 4. When you're ready to build real things, move to Implementation Playbooks (Level 2). When you're ready to build your own tools, Building Your Stack (Level 3). 5. Post your work. Ask questions. Help others when you can. What are you here to build?

I just upgraded - where can I find the link to the private discord?
next steps
whaddup y'all! i just got through pretty much everything from the free courses (except the archive ahha, that's next) and most of the vault too. this stuff is absolutely incredible!!! question for the group: how are some of y'all using these frameworks in your businesses lately? context on me: I run a video production company in LA, mainly working with another marketing agency where we turn around a ton of ads and assist with client campaign management, but i'm also working with music producers on their content to help them get more bookings. just curious to learn what y'all have got going on under the hood!

i am a cbo and cofounder at a 4 memeber agentic erp startup - we have just breached 50k USD (woohoo) and avp, growth & sales at a 20 year old saas company in the saas erp bolt-ons space. (apologies for jargons - claude could clarify) i time travel almost everyday between the relic of a company where i manage growth and how much i have to get tech enabled to play my role well. the icm helps me out a lot for a lot of pre-sales meeting stuff - prep on client, identifying the right slides form our repos as per the storytelling recommendation that id share, for recam/meeting minutes emails, negotiation cheatsheets and what not!
