week 7
days 1 and 2 pau :) had a hair appointment today to color my gray hair and got a fabulous blow out and allllmost didn't work out because I didn't want to sweat and ruin my professional blow out. but I did it. yay :)
Week 6 Day 3 done
Struggled this week to get motivated to workout. Short a day, but at least made time tonight.

Did you ever have a day when you had a case of the "F - It's" ?...yep, me too... But I got my lazy ass into the gym (my garage), and did the deal. I'm glad I did, because I hit my big goal for the week - completed my 3 lifting sessions!! And I even had a few Personal Bests!! Get after, Peeps! You'll surprise yourself with what you can do 💪💥🥰

day 1 and 2, pau. my eating has been horrible the last two weeks from traveling so am hoping to get back on track this week. it's also that time of the month and i am having hormonal cravings (i'd like to blame it on hormones, but maybe it's just me and my lack of discipline, lol 😬) I can't stop thinking about marshmallows, gummy bears and chocolate...

New plans! We're shifting away from the weekly leaderboard winner and moving to a shared team goal. Team Challenge: Hit 420 Points Together This Week Last week, we hit 324 total points. This week, our collective goal is 420 points — about a 30% increase. What That Looks Like If every member checked in every other day (3–4 quick actions this week), we’d surpass 420 points. You could: - Share a workout win --> inspiring someone else - Post a convenient + healthy meal idea - Share a mindset shift or “aha” moment; even a hack - Encourage someone or ask a question that someone else probably has| Earns points and leverage the community/accountability— double win. ✅✅ If we hit 420 points, 2 weeks in a row, I'll host an in-person deadlifting workshop/party with yummy protein + fiber snacks!

@Lesley Ballew lol! i can totally relate 😂 I have cut off circulation to my feet by pulling my skinny jeans above my knees as well, and watched my leg hair swirl in the lotion when they massaged my legs 😝 thanks for the laughs :) and yay to treating yourself to some therapeutic self care...you deserve it!!!
