The exact 3-email sequence booking me 13+ meetings/month (steal it)
Most cold email sequences fail because they're all about YOU. Here's the framework I use: Email 1 (Day 1): - Point out something specific about their business - Show you actually researched them - Ask a binary question (easy to answer) Email 2 (Day 4): - Share a relevant insight (not about your service) - Add value first, sell later Email 3 (Day 8): - Make a direct, low-friction offer - Include social proof The secret? I use AI to personalize this at scale and only get notified when someone engages. Result: 10+ meetings/month, 2 hours/week of work. Want the full templates with examples? Drop a comment and I'll share them.

Start Selling Ai Automation (STOP learning)
I see you. Watching tutorials. Building agents. Testing workflows. Joining communities. Learning prompts. Let me ask you something: How many clients do you have? If the answer is 0, you're not learning AI automation. You're procrastinating. You don't need to learn more. You need to SELL more. You already know enough to build: - A lead scraper - An email personalizer - A CRM sync - A proposal generator That's 4 sellable offers right there. But instead of selling them, you're: - Watching "advanced prompting" tutorials - Building your 47th test automation - Waiting until it's "perfect" - "Learning" instead of earning Here's what actually happens when you start selling: Day 1: Send 100 cold emails Day 2: Get 4 replies Day 3: Book 2 calls Day 4: Close 0 deals (but learn what objections are) Day 5: Improve your pitch based on objections Week 2: Close your first $1,500 deal You learn more from ONE sales call than from 10 hours of tutorials. Because the prospect will tell you EXACTLY what they need. Then you go build that. And sell it to the next 10 people. The uncomfortable truth: Building is comfortable. Selling is scary. But being broke is scarier. Stop "learning." Start selling. Your bank account will thank you. If want to know more DM me .. I'll help you.

Cold emails aren't working? (I made these mistakes too)
Spent 2 months sending terrible cold emails. Here's what I learned: Mistake #1: Sending to everyone → Fix: Only target people. People who are interested in your offer(hiring, funding, growth). Mistake #2: Generic personalization → Fix: AI can personalize at scale if you give it the right prompts Mistake #3: Following up with everyone → Fix: Only follow up with people who replied (saves 70% of time). Mistake #4: Measuring volume over quality → Fix: 50 perfect-fit emails > 500 spray-and-pray Mistake #5: Doing it all manually → Fix: Automate the busy work, only show up for interested leads. After fixing these: 0 meetings/month → 10+ Interested meetings/month. 🌟Now I'm helping a few B2B founders implement the same system. Which mistake are you making right now? (I was guilty of all 5)
Just automated my entire client onboarding process. Thought I'd share how.
Used to spend 2-3 hours per new client just on admin work: - Sending calendar links back and forth - Manually adding them to my CRM - Writing up proposals after calls - Chasing invoices and payments - Sending follow-up emails It was exhausting. So I built an automation that does all of it: What happens now: → Client books a call on my calendar → They're automatically added to my CRM with all their info → They get an instant "thanks for booking" email with the meeting link → We have the call → System generates a custom proposal based on our conversation → Proposal gets sent to them automatically within 5 minutes → When they pay via Stripe, I get a notification → Client gets onboarded to their project automatically Total time I spend on admin now: Zero. I just show up to calls and close deals. Everything else runs itself. For anyone in B2B this is a game-changer. Happy to walk through how I built it if anyone's interested. It's not complicated, just took some time to set up properly. Drop a comment if you want the breakdown.

@Mag Alie Quick Follow-up: Still worth a quich chat?
I only check my lead gen system twice a week now!
Used to wake up to my alarm. Now I wake up to meeting requests. Sounds like BS, I know. But here's what actually happens: Monday morning: Check the system. 8-12 replies from last week's outreach. Thursday afternoon: Check again. Another 6-10 replies. Friday: Book all the calls for next week. That's it. 2 hours/week total. The AI system handles: - Finding Highly qualified leads - Writing personalized emails - Following up 2-3 times - Handles Replies - Filtering out "not interested" responses I only see the "yes, let's talk" replies. Currently booking 10+ meetings/month this way. Testing if it works for other industries (I'm in AI lead gen for B2B). Anyone else automate their outbound, or is everyone still doing it manually?
