Understanding AI from our ICP's perspective...
While I was cooking a new katsu chicken recipe for my daughter yesterday I was listening to a few YT shows. This episode started to play and the opening was pretty good so I didn't skip it. As the conversation developed I had to double check who was talking, and why they were saying what they were saying. The two people have a pretty good following but they way they are talking about AI, what it can do, etc, just floored me. So I am not suggesting you listen to learn anything new or exciting about AI applications... However, this could be a very valuable 23 mins (2x speed for the win) as it will give you insight into your ICP's limited view of the AI Era. So, getting back to my story, as I could not finish prepping the panko breadcrumbs from the floor, I picked myself up continued to cook and started to listen with new ears... And I realised the gift of this video is the insight into what other people (smart people with a good social following) think about AI from OUTSIDE our echo chamber! It's then I started to really enjoy the conversation š By being in this group, you're already a year, maybe more, of where these 'informed' podcasters are at. So imagine how much farther ahead you are than your ICP? These are social savy founders, with podcasts, talking about things we consider to be AI with training wheels on. Any of the json's of the automations we build and talk about in here are far beyond the limited scope being discussed by the two hosts. And again, this is another opportunity for me to bang one of my favourite AI drumbeats: no one (really) cares what's in the box. All they care about is the costs they can now cut, the operational efficiencies they can gain, and, perhaps most excitingly, the new revenue your AI-powered ops can bring them.
