todays video was my favourite as i have started manifesting my goal and practicing it by repeating in my mind and trying to feel it as if my goal have been achieved which keeps me more focused its very true that we always blame others for our failures i also sometime do this but as according to this video i will also try to practice it to have control on my action and result and nobody will be resposible for that i have also started the thought practice when i was offering prayer the thought of making dinner was coming in my mind but i thought that why i am thinking it i immediatly delete that try to control it and focused on my prayer and i will going to pracrice it daily. how to overcome distraction this is actually a problem in my life still when i am doing any of my work suddenly there is notification sound and i start scrolling it but i am working on it also this video is a game changer i have also got the template and will daily update it thankyou sir Haroon for such a valuable content i will also devide my goal in to small sections to achieve maximum of it .
Todays Small Win
well i was working from past 1 month on my this habbit and now its started working magically pehle jab main apne goal k bare mai sochti thi k mujhe ek business woman banna hai jis ki apni ek tech company ho magar jab us dresm k liye execution ka time ata to main confuse hojati or kehti kal karengay phir mene kuch book k reviews video ki surat main dekhe k agar ap ko apna goal chaye to us ko manifest karo or bar bar repeat karo or us ko ese mehsus karo jese woh chiz ap ko mil gaye hai phir ye socho k ye particular feeling jo mene mehsus ki hai woh kese mile gi obviously kaam karne se focus hone se mile gi or Agar kam nahe krugi to nahe mile gi Than i started praticing it and now main jo apne chote chote goal jo plan karti hu us karne mai kambiyab rehti hu Alhamdolilah or aj sir ki video rewire your barin bhi ise chiz per thi which make my mindset more clear.

20/12/2025 day 3 daily journaling
slept at 1:45 am woke up at 11:00 am as it was holiday but i missed my fajar prayers so was not happy have my breakfast with husband and children at 12:pm than prepare lunch and perform all houshold chores ,perform zahur prayer and have my lunch and was free by 4:30 pm than it was asar time started so i also perform asar prayer earlier than i watch the video rewire your brain and finish my pending task of my assingment today manage my facebook page,perform maghrib prayer and posted on linkdin it was all done by 7:00pm than prepare dinner ,perform isha prayer and have dinner with my husband and children and was done by 9:pm . As it was saturday so we went for outing got some fresh air and back home by 12:00 am . Over all a good day but i realize than waking up earlier is more productive than waking up late.

DAY 2 update your software (pyramid of learing)
today i watched this video and honestly it was very inspiring i have learnt that how pyramid of learning works and will try to discuss my learning and helping others with that also For any field ,business ,skill basics are important if you have weak basics than you cannot build an strong empire on it so be slow but be consistent i have also implement in my life also how? i have learnt many courses but at that time my mindset was that i have to learn skill and earn good money but honestly i was not making an effort for this than when i saw no result got depressed i saw a book review of some book it was on consistency the lesson i learned from it: set your goal devide your action in small junks do it daily no matter for 20 min but dont skip as small steps can make a big win i implemented it and now i am able to manage all my work effeciently . And lastly before unlocking the upwork course i really want to rewire my brain which is the next video i'll be watching as a big mindset make big things happened!

19/12/2025 day 2 journaling
sleep at :1:45 am woke up : at 6:00 am offered fajar prayer (Alhamdulilah) than start cooking as i have to take my daughter to dental hospital as per appoinment have my breakfast and make her ready at 7:30am left home at 9:00 am back home at 11:30 am it was friday today so i was happy because its my favourite day than i performed my house hold chores and offered zohar prayer have my lunch with my family my husband and children (Alhamdulilah)and free till 3:pm than took a nap for almost half an hour than star working on my laptop on my assingment ,watch sir haroon 2nd video update your software (a) pyramid of learning till 5pm performed Asar prayer than again took a mini break have a cup of tea spent 1 hour with children talking to them about their day again start working on my learning at 6:30 pm till 8:pm than took a break for isha prayer and dinner and than again start finished my ramaining work and wrap up at 10:00 pm as its sturday tommorrow so my children were not slept yet so start watching cartoon with them and enjoyed alot now its 11:17 feeling so tierd going to sleep now Important : one habit which i have adopted a few months before is thinking positive about my self and repeating it in front of Mirror and its working gradually and making me happy for no reason (Alhamdolilah)
