Developing Your Unique Speaker Persona—Stand Out in a Sea of Voices
Your persona is more than a bio—it’s the vibe, the look, and the tone that make you unmistakable. Here’s how to define yours:| 1.Audit Your Influences List your top 5 favorite speakers or thought leaders. What elements of their style resonate with you? What would feel inauthentic? 2.Craft Your Signature Elements Choose a consistent color palette, wardrobe signature (e.g., bold blazer, statement accessory), and a memorable opener you can adapt across talks. 3.Align Voice & Messaging Decide on three words that capture your brand’s personality—e.g., “warm,” “no-nonsense,” “playful.” Weave those tones into your slides, email copy, and social posts. 4.Test & Iterate Pilot your persona on a smaller stage—podcast guest spots, workshops, Instagram Lives. Solicit feedback and refine until your vision shines through naturally. How would you describe your speaking persona in three words? Share them below!

Speaking with Confidence: How to Overcome Fear and Own the Stage
Have you ever felt nervous before stepping onto a stage or speaking in front of an audience? You’re not alone. Even the most successful speakers experience stage fright, but the difference is—they’ve learned how to channel it into confidence. Confidence isn’t about being fearless; it’s about being prepared and showing up with clarity, authenticity, and conviction. Here are three key techniques to help you own the stage: 1. Master your content. When you deeply understand your topic, your confidence naturally increases. Rehearse your speech multiple times to internalize key points. 2. Use powerful body language. Stand tall, make eye contact, and use open gestures. Your body speaks before you even say a word. 3. Engage your audience. Ask questions, use stories, and create moments of interaction to keep your audience involved and attentive. In our free training, we share powerful techniques to help you overcome fear, refine your stage presence, and deliver talks that leave a lasting impact. Ready to step into your power? Find the training in the community classroom now! 📌 FAQ: What if I forget my speech on stage? Don’t panic! Take a deep breath, pause, and reconnect with your core message. Having a clear structure and key points memorized will help you get back on track smoothly. 💬 What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to speaking with confidence? Drop your thoughts below! @Sandi Boucher i love this! this is such a key realization Sandi! When we put our focus on the audience/client it releases the pressure we feel and it becomes about empowering or educating THEM rather than being about doing a good job or feeding our own sense of self. This fundamental shift in mindset is crucial - not selling, serving!
