Hey guys I just cold called someone and I have a call with him in 2hrs. I'm not clear on what happens after the bot takes the details. Also, what do I do when he says, what is the immediate next step to onboard. I know I can go to the classroom but right now I don't have time to learn, I just need someone to tell me as I will be talking to him soon and I'm still cold calling to reach my quoter for the morning. If anyone can help that would be great.

Sharing a win and a reminder to trust your gut when something feels off. I've had a Facebook ad campaign running for the last few days. The goal was landing page views, and we racked up 317 of them over three days. The problem? Absolutely zero CTAs. Not a single one. I knew something wasn't right. So I stopped the campaign to rethink the strategy. I went back to the drawing board and switched the ad format to a lead form. The result? Within 10 minutes of the new ad going live, we had our first high ticket lead! And a couple of hours later, we've got another 5. It's a great feeling when a change in strategy pays off so quickly. Winning!

The bride and I went to the local Home Show at our convention center this weekend. Spent a bit of money on fudge and the usual treats. Bought some handmade goat soap and alpaca bag for my MIL. Made lots of connections with roofers, and window installation companies. And made 2 stellar connections with a new home builder and his lovely wife, a doctor.... And the big connection is with the local builders association.. We have been invited to join their upcoming meeting and talk about AI .... It is in a couple of weeks, so we are pretty excited...

I spoke with my apartment manager today and he was interested in the Voice AI. He said it was very impressive after I did a voice say I demo with him using one that I got in the App Store from.GHL he said it would need to integrate with their calendar booking software called “Funnel” . He also asked if he would be able to tweak that AI like he needed to and I said yes, he would be able to login. Does anybody have any advice or insight for this?
