One or One Thousand 🌀
Help one person a lot... Or help one thousand people a little... But then... That one person might help one and so on... Until one thousand have been helped. Or that "little bit" you helped one thousand... May turn out to be a lot bigger than anyone thought. I think we've all heard people talk about mentors that have had a huge impact on them (which would be the first category)... But we've also heard people talk about how one small thing changed everything. You are making an impact on someone whether you know it or not... For better or for worse. 💯 If you can do more, do more... But also don't underestimate how a tiny seed can become an entire ecosystem.🌞 Don't forget that you have to fill your cup before you can pour into others... And in the process empty your cup so that you have room to receive more. Here is one of my favorite Ted Talks that I've shared many times. I'm not sure if it has made its way to you yet. One Love. 🙏

Who is the Wisest of them all? 🤔
The Oracle at Delphi said no man was wiser than Socrates. Socrates doubted this. He tested this claim by questioning politicians, poets, etc. (the people who must be wiser than him, of course)… They all claimed knowledge they lacked. He realized he was wiser only because... He did not believe he knew what he did not actually know. "I know that I know nothing.” (my version, “We know closer to nothing than something.”) Being ok with not knowing... Allows for growth… Whereas believing we already know it all … Is what prevents us from knowing anything at all! Maintain self-awareness and don’t pretend to have certainty about the uncertain. (even at the risk of looking stupid… Better to look stupid than to be stupid!) The Socratic Method. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Here are a couple more pieces of wisdom I’ve picked up along the way: Health is Wealth. There is more to life than the rat race we find ourselves in. Everything is everything. Nothing is nothing. We’re all in this together. Literally, on this rock flying around the sun. If we are of this universe, then we are universal… One person’s best day, May be another’s worst, And vice versa. Keep your head up. Keep your head on a swivel. Remain calm. Keep your balance. Take a deep breath. Stop to smell the roses. There is no time like the present. Ready is an action, not a moment. One step at a time. One foot in front of the other. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Incremental becomes exponential. We all have wisdom to share... And we all need to be Skooled up on things we’ve missed. What pieces of wisdom have you picked up on your journey? Share with the class. 🙏

Some people like to fight fire with fire... But the Tai Chi way is to be like water... Go with the flow. These concepts are also applicable to daily life. Deflect and redirect usually works better than a head on collision. Would you rather be like water? 🌊 Or be able to throw fireballs? 🔥 LOL.

@Jake Hill yeah... that could be pretty cool
Maybe you've seen this before... 🤷‍♂️
There was a farmer had a horse and Maybe was his name-o... This short story shows how what seems like duality... Maybe... Is just part of a greater whole... And that our perspective can change... Because maybe... It is only that... Our perspective. What do you think? Has this kind of thing happened to you? The storyteller here is Alan Watts. Is anyone familiar with his work? ENJOY (maybe) 😎🙏

@Jake Hill Right, it does require a little commitment on that one. There is so much depth to his work and I agree, it is important to be in a centered space to really take it in. I bet it was a fascinating Earth experience to be him. TikTok has a copy link thing.... here's one: https://www.tiktok.com/@mraidenbrooks/video/7592766272564186398?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7555911011317581342
