Working my way through the classroom and got to the "Choose Your Path" I choose Hard and Uncomfortable - - every time. That is where I get to feel expansion. That is where the adventure is amazing. Uncomfortable, sure. It's just discomfort. It will pass. Even in the discomfort is a valuable experience. Buckle in for the ride, I say. I am only here for a blip.... make the most of it.

Darkness is as important as light. Our light expands in the darkness when we go through difficult experiences, confront our demons, and step out of our comfort zone. Sometimes we need to go through hell to get to heaven! Start small and grow over time. It's ok to fail and to be scared; that's part of our journey. The darkness is the hidden knowledge and light is awareness that reveals that knowledge. The more you challenge what you know, the more you question, the more you grow your light. We grow our light to see better in the dark. Realizing that darkness and light are infinite. Like Yin and Yang, positive and negative, up and down, good and bad... You don't need it to be a big fire to see in the dark; just a small match can light up the entire room!
