Introduction
Hi, I'm Carlo I'm based in Sydney Australia, and I am a highly analytical overachiever who recently has underachieved and let addictions take a hold. I realised that all of the self help and all of the quotes in books weren't enough and I put off necessary actions and vulnerability due to it shattering my illusion of always being exceptional. I've arrived in this group for accountability and a network of people doing the work. I look forward to getting to know you all.

JOURNALING WIN
I started journaling about a month or two ago. I've tried a lot of techniques of journaling in the past, and it didn't stick. So I decided to make my own... I needed something that could be easy to use, mark my time, and be fun to use! There are 24 hours in a day, 8 hours of sleep if you want to be healthy, and that leaves us at 16h. This is the 16hours daily journal I created. There's a PDF that explains how it works. I like to use X to indicate that I'm still doing the previous thing I noted (see video). Don't judge 😜 I also use a WeekOverview to plan or review my day/week. (template from my Remarkable 2 tablet) See where your time goes. Remember that time compounds if you invest it instead of spending it... ENJOY 😎

Journalling is such a powerful way to address yourself as a person who you deeply care about. So often we are critical, however journalling helps us level ourselves so that we can also see the good within us, rather than just see ourselves as deplorable. Great concept too
