Learning Spanish - I like helping people learn how to have authority over their mind and nervous system so they can enjoy life more. I like seeing people transform and be able to manage the normal stress of life with more peace and connectedness, acceptance of their discomfort vs. trying to avoid or stifle pains. I like learning Spanish although my life is very full right now and time is limited. I attempted to do longer sentences and choose more complex words.
