My height journey add more points
I was 177 at 15 and 187 at 17 now Yes its mostly genes but growing taller depends on several important habits. First, getting enough sleep is very important because the body releases growth hormones during deep sleep. Teenagers should try to sleep around 8 to 10 hours every night VERY IMPORTANT Secondly i would say eating healthy foods help the body grow properly. but in conclusion i would say genetics plays the biggest role in height, good sleep, healthy food, exercise, and good posture can help someone grow to their maximum height. To maximize yr height focus on these things and guys add more points to this because thats all i did to grow more but tbh mostly genes 🫶🏻
