Introducing Myself - Ziad Hafda
Assalamu alaykum everyone 👋 I'll go first. My name is Ziad Hafda. I'm the founder of The Muslim Mind Academy and I'm based in Sydney, Australia. I've spent over 22 years seeking Islamic knowledge, teaching students, mentoring, leading community programs and asking one question that wouldn't leave me: Why do so many Muslims know the Kalimah but so few are actually living from it based on its true intended purpose sent by Allah... That question became this community. I'm a Vice-President and Chair of Education at the Australian Islamic House in Sydney. I'm also writing a book — The Muslim Mind: Reviving the Ummah through the Kalimah — which is the foundation of everything we teach here. I built this community for Muslims who are done drifting and ready to think, lead and live with Divine direction. Your turn 👇 Tell us who you are, where you're from, and answer this one question honestly: What is the biggest gap you feel between your Islam and your daily life right now? No judgment. This is your space. May Allah bless your path Ziad

Salam, my name is Ahmad Hafda, I am from Sydney Australia. I am currently in uni studying architecture. My biggest gap currently is not being able to have as much of an impact as I would like to have. What I mean by that is that I would like to be involved in more Islamic initiatives and also I would like to have more opportunities to learn about Islam

@Ziad Hafda I haven’t had the chance to make a proper plan but I will think about this
The Muslim Mind Book - Coming Soon
Identity starts internally then is shown externally by your actions. Who is currently shaping your understanding of Islam? Is it society, or is it Revelation? The Prophets didn't just have 'religion'; they had a vision and a strategic roadmap steered by the Kalimah. They lived with a clear 'WHY' that aligned their goals with Divine purpose. The Muslim Mind: Reviving the Ummah through the Kalimah is more than a book—it’s a movement to reclaim that Prophetic mindset. Stop reacting to life. Start living with intent.

@Ziad Hafda I am studying architecture and the question of how the ummah can benefit from my studies is something to think about. First of all I have to study with the right intention, that being studying to benefit the ummah. From there I can think about how my studies can be applied to better the ummah, once you know this then you can know your “WHY”. Personally I haven’t put much thought into how my studies can benefit the ummah but with my uni course being a design course, I could benefit the ummah from a design perspective. These are my thoughts and I hope I answered your question
The Muslim Mind Welcomes You
📌 Meet Your Instructor — Ziad Hafda بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم I want to be direct about what The Muslim Mind Academy is and what it is not. This is not a dawah platform. This is not a lecture series. This is not generic Islamic motivation. This is a leadership, mindset and personal development academy, built entirely on Islamic foundations. The frameworks you will learn here are rooted in the Kalimah and the Qur’an and Sunnah but they are designed to transform how you think, lead and operate in every area of your life. Your career. Your relationships. Your direction. Your identity. Your future. Who I Am I have spent over 22 years at the intersection of two worlds, deep Islamic scholarship and professional strategic leadership. On the Islamic side: I have sought knowledge in Arabic and English for over two decades. I teach at one of Australia’s largest mosques. I serve as Vice-President and Chair of Education at the Australian Islamic House in Sydney. I am writing The Muslim Mind: Reviving the Ummah through the Kalimah — a framework for Islamic thinking that has taken many years to develop. On the professional side: I hold a Master’s Degree in Project Management and Project Leadership core foundations. I am a Certified Life Coach and NLP entry level training. I specialise in risk management, strategic planning and leadership development. I have trained and mentored hundreds of individuals across Australia and internationally. Most importantly, I operate in both worlds simultaneously. I understand the pressure of building a career, navigating a secular environment, and trying to maintain your identity and direction as a Muslim professional. I have lived it. I have studied it. I have built a framework for it. What Makes This Different "There is a growing need for leadership and mindset development that is genuinely grounded in Islamic frameworks — not as an add-on, but as the foundation. That is the space The Muslim Mind Academy was built to serve." You will not just learn about Islam here. You will learn how to think from an Islamic framework and apply that thinking to your leadership, your decisions, your career and your life.
