@Lisa Richardson Hi Lisa.... it’s really nice to meet you, and I love the depth and awareness in what you shared. It’s very inspiring how you connect mindfulness, behaviour, and true self-awareness to health and wellbeing it’s a powerful space to work in. And as a tennis coach, I also think it’s great how you’ve noticed the importance of breath in performance and presence. If I may ask, what first got you interested in exploring the connection between mindset, behaviour, and health on a deeper level?
