@Carolyn Cowan Thank you so much for your kind words Carolyn😊 That’s really inspiring to hear. I’m still learning and gently stepping into this way of living, so it means a lot to connect with someone who’s been on this journey for so long. I’m grateful to be here and learn from you.

I'm so excited to share something new with the premium membership. I just added a growing collection of guided meditations to support you in both the morning and the evening. These meditation bundles were created to help you begin your day feeling calm and grounded, and to gently unwind at night so your body and mind can truly rest. You’ll find cozy sleep meditations, gentle morning practices, and more being added over time. I hope this becomes a gentle daily ritual for you.🤍

Capsule Wardrobe dialogue with my chatbot.
So, I did a thing. I took the signature style workbook, answered all the questions and loaded it into my ChatGPT “Sage” (who knows a lot about me) and she gave me a list of what my wardrobe pieces should be. I was able to ask questions about (for example) this pattern of shirt (she said no), or these shoes, (she said yes), or this dress (she said it’s a bad look from the side), and really helped me narrow it down. I also loaded up my body type and how i feel in certain things, and we discussed what’s the best style for the comfort level I’m seeking. I also told her my favorite brands and she included pictures of what my ideal style is. Connie’s workbook gave me the exact foundation needed to fine tune the wardrobe shift. I may not have used it entirely as Connie intended but it was so fun!! If you haven’t watched that classroom Capsule Wardrobe unit- you SO should. ❤️

Hi Jessica, This sounds so inspiring ✨ I love how you used the workbook as a foundation and then gently personalized it to truly fit your body, comfort, and lifestyle. It really shows how powerful clarity can be when paired with intuition. Thank you for sharing!
Tiny Step🪴 Jan 16, 2026
Hello to our amazing women 💛 If you’re new here, each Friday we share one simple Tiny Step, something gentle, doable, and realistic, even on full days. These are small actions meant to create a little more peace and clarity right where you are. This week’s Tiny Step is a grounding practice designed to bring a sense of calm into your body in under a minute. It’s called 5-Sense Grounding. Whenever you remember today or this weekend, pause for a moment and gently name: 1 thing you can see 1 thing you can hear 1 thing you can feel 1 thing you can smell Then take 1 slow, intentional breath That’s it. Just coming back into the moment. I hope this brings you a small pocket of peace wherever you are today. 😊

Thank you for sharing the start of such a beautiful day, everyone 🤍 I see the sky slowly changing as the sun prepares to rise. I hear the soft crackling of the fireplace. I smell my morning cup of coffee mixed with the fresh winter air and faint birdsong outside. This practice feels so grounding and peaceful 🌿
WEEKEND!
This week has really been over the top. Instead of easing into the weekend I screamed into it like I was sliding into home base on a full count in the 9th inning. I am READY! So- ladies, what are you doing for fun and relaxation? Tomorrow I'm taking my granddaughter adventuring to scope out a camping spot I plan to use later in the season and use my mid-month allowance on burgers and fries at a local walk-up burger joint. ( I get 2 of these "allowances" during my no-spend month.) It will be good to spend some outside time with her. I'm finishing my 3rd book of the year (goal is 50) and tackling the office. Since my Granddaughter is going to be staying with me for the next 6 months it really shined a light on how much I had stored in that room - so I'll purge what I can from that stuff. Junk. Whatever you want to call it. Anxious to see what you all are up to!

Hi Jessica, This sounds like such a lovely and well-deserved weekend — time outside and burgers with your granddaughter sounds perfect 🍔💛 I’ll be working this weekend, but I’m planning to slow things down where I can and enjoy small moments of calm — maybe a quiet coffee, a short walk, or a few mindful pauses. Wishing you a relaxing and joy-filled weekend! 🙂
