Why Gen X is TARGETED in Mass Layoffs
Very interesting video by Damon Cassidy. It not only discusses the challenges facing Gen Xers, but also how same struggles are impacting Gen Z and Millenials. And that, perhaps, we should work TOGETHER to fight the shift in the worker landscape.
