Kanban Dashbaord For Claude Code
I was sitting there waiting for Claude Code to finish one task before starting the next Just staring at a blinking logo of Claude One agent. One task. One long wait Vibe Kanban fixes exactly this An opensource project with over 25.3k stars on github Think of it as a project manager for your AI coding agents You know how a Kanban board works tasks move from "to do" to "in progress" to "done." Vibe Kanban does the same thing but your agents are the ones moving the cards Say you are building a product and you have three things to fix: ā•ā”ˆāž¤a login bug, a search feature, and a UI update ā•ā”ˆāž¤Normally you would give Claude Code one task, wait, review, then start the next With Vibe Kanban you break all three into separate issues, spin up three Claude Code agents in parallel, and each one works on its own task simultaneously You just hop between them to review when they are ready It runs with one command: āÆāÆāÆāÆ npx vibe-kanban ā®ā®ā®ā® That is it It works with Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, and a handful of other agents so you are not locked into one tool How many of you are still running one agent at a time?

This one md file can make your Claude code 10x more smarter
I kept getting half-built features and bloated code from Claude Code Turned out I was the problem. Not Claude But Andrej Karpathy spotted this before most of us did For those who don't know him: He is founding member of OpenAI, former head of AI at Tesla, one of the most respected names in AI research. When he shares observations about agents, people pay attention He posted a detailed breakdown of the most common mistakes AI agents make Things like wrong assumptions, no clarification, unnecessary changes to unrelated code, over-engineered solutions when simple ones would do A developer named Forest took those observations and turned them into a single CLAUDE.md file 43,000 GitHub stars in one week The file is built around four principles: ā¬©āž¤Think before coding — Claude asks clarifying questions instead of assuming what you want ā¬©āž¤Simplicity first — writes the minimum code needed, not production-level overkill for a simple task ā¬©āž¤Surgical changes — only touches what you asked it to touch, nothing else ā¬©āž¤Goal-driven execution — you define what done looks like, Claude figures out the path The difference between Claude with and without this file is honestly insane Same model. Completely different behaviour You do not need a new tool or a new subscription One file dropped into your setup and Claude Code starts behaving like a senior engineer who actually listens Acess it from here - CLAUDE

Vibe Code Voice Agents
I've been thinking about this for a while What if building AI voice agents felt like vibe coding? So I built something to find out Right now, creating a voice agent means configuring 5-7 settings, wiring flows manually, and spending hours on prompting before you hear a single word spoken back at you I wanted to change that The tool is simple You describe what you want It builds the voice agent and deploys it directly on Retell AI No flow diagrams. No manual configuration. Just: Connect your Retell account Type what you want Test the agent straight from the dashboard The idea came from watching what Bolt and Lovable did for web apps They made building feel accessible. Fast. Almost fun Voice agents deserve the same treatment It is still early Some things work really well Some things still break That is exactly why I am sharing it now and not later If you have ever thought about building a voice agent, or you are just curious what this feels like, I would love for you to try it Tell me what confused you. What felt smooth. What is missing Try it here: clickhere I am building this in public Your feedback will directly shape what this becomes Drop your thoughts in the comments

2023: claude was just a chatbot 2026: It runs your computer while you sleep Here is everything that happened in between ā¬©āž¤It started with Claude The model. Long context, clean reasoning, responses that actually felt thought through Not the loudest in the room but the one developers and enterprises quietly kept coming back to The beast that grew without making noise ā¬©āž¤Then came Claude Code One of the best coding agents built to date Not just writing code but reading entire codebases, debugging, running commands, managing files Engineers stopped thinking of it as a tool and started treating it like a teammate they did not want to lose Then Anthropic noticed something interesting Non-developers were sneaking into Claude Code too They just wanted the same power without touching a terminal ā¬©āž¤So they built Claude Co-work Point it at a folder Describe what you need Walk away Expense reports from receipts Documents from scattered notes Files sorted and organized Enterprise software stocks slid the day it launched The market understood what was happening ā¬©āž¤Then Dispatch arrived Leave your computer on Step out Send Claude a task from your phone Come back to finished work Everything runs locally Your files never leave your machine ā¬©āž¤And then Claude Computer dropped Claude now opens your apps Clicks. Scrolls. Fills spreadsheets. Navigates your browser Anything you would do sitting at your desk, it does while you are not there Same team. Same model at the core Five products in under two years Each one reaching somewhere the last one could not Now see what Claude is cooking next Because at this pace, the next big thing is probably already done Which product in this list changed how you work the most?

Your AI Doesn’t Lack Skill. It Lacks Taste
Two developers. Same AI tool. Same prompt. One ships a generic UI The other ships something that looks designed What changed? Not experience. A skill. An agentic skill. A small file that gives your AI taste Example: Taste Skill on GitHub.Drop in one file. Tell your AI to read it Now it stops producing safe, boring layouts You get real hierarchy, spacing, animation, typography The model didn’t get smarter It got better instructions You can tune three dials: - layout experimentation - animation level - density vs spacing Change one number. Output changes. There’s also: - a redesign skill for existing projects - an output skill that removes lazy placeholders Most people miss this The issue isn’t the model It has no taste by default Skills give it taste 2.4k stars already What in your workflow is still on default?
