Skool News: Discovery & Search are about to change
I've set up a new folder in the Vault Classroom with Skool news recordings. Here is Issue #52. Skool is just getting better and better! You are in the right place the right time. Big changes - coming in the next 90 days: - discovery page will have "trending" section to show some new and cool communities (not the same ones all the time) - new categories will be introduced (based new communities, e.g. AI, Real Estate) - discovery rank calculation will become different (hard to game with just engagement) - search will be improved - you will have ability to add 11 keywords to your community setting (to improve the search) ACTION POINT: start thinking about your 11 keywords, cause it will be introduced soon. BTW SEO workshop is coming SOON available to level 3 and above. So make sure you get there, fast

@Lidia Axe Yes, I can. I'm crazy busy today but I'd be happy to make a post about it. This could actually be a good lesson for those just getting going with starting their communities, especially since that's the focus of this awesome community! This isn't my first community, but I'm actually partnering up with my brother and we're starting one where we help burned out professionals that want to transition to a fully nomadic remote based lifestyle. I've built out a pretty extentive "brand kit" with Claude (a complete brand identity, a full offer stack, three production-ready courses, a lead magnet, a content strategy, a community structure, a master brand document and a library of professional assets). Right after watching Skool news, I had Claude craft those keywords. I also had it rewite our about page and welcome post with those keywords (embedded, not stuffed). We're still in pre-launch so it was a good time to do it, we'll also be using those keywords within all of our content moving forward!

About Page Video | VSL
Do you need a video on your about page lead-magnet community to get to 100 members? Absolutely not! I've grown this group to 152 members without the video. Cause the OFFER DOES THE HEAVY LIFTING. Yet, I think adding a video could help to increase the conversion rate (yet to be tested). Now that I have published this lesson, I feel obliged to record one))) So I will. What about you? Lesson 13 is out now to help you record the VSL (video sales letter). Keep it short (under 2 mins). Show who you are and why ppl should join your group. Make it fun.
