Bio: 61 yr retired mom of 1, married 40 yrs this year. About 40 lbs of excess fat to lose. Active via regular walking & CrossFit weight training 🏋️‍♂️

Bio: 27 years old and on a journey to feel as good as I did as a teenager, which, thinking about it, wasn’t too great either! Feel amazing now. 36 kg down.
