Any Aussies in here?
Hi guys I'm focusing more on the Australia market as part of my June/July webinar strategy. I was wondering what the biggest differences in the MSP market are in Australia compared to UK/USA? I know for example here in the UK most MSPs can charge no where near the per user/month fee that US MSPs charge. There seems to be more price sensitivity but the flip side to this clients seem to be much sticker and there's less switching that goes on. Wondering what other differences you might be aware of in the Australia market?

As touched on above we are a lot more spread out, we are all 'competing' for the same area because we are mostly run from capital cities. In saying that there are plenty of regional towns that have local IT companies but not like in the USA or even the UK - if that makes sense? Also there is no way we could charge the equivalent of what I hear they charge per seat over there. UK is a lot more conscious of data sovereignty and compliance compared to SMB in Australia. We are getting there ..

Oh and we tend to not do 3 year+ contracts in the SMB space. The bigger guys do though, it would be harder to sell but it's possible
