How We 9X’d Meetings on LinkedIn Without Getting Banned
You’re capped at ~100 connection requests per week. So what do most people do? They try to push harder… Send faster… Stretch the limits… And end up getting restricted or flagged. Here’s the reality: You can’t scale LinkedIn with one account. Try to force it… And LinkedIn shuts you down. So what actually works? You stop thinking single account… and start thinking system. The approach we use 👇 Instead of sending from one profile… We use multiple pre-warmed LinkedIn accounts that look like real team members. • proper profile pictures • work history • existing connections • natural activity Everything LinkedIn expects to see. Now instead of: ➡️ 1 account → ~100 requests/week You get: ➡️ 10 accounts → ~900+ requests/week What this actually does You’re not just increasing volume… You’re: • spreading risk across accounts • protecting your main profile • scaling safely without triggering limits The result? We went from: ~10 meetings/week → to ~90 meetings/week Same offer. Same messaging. Just better infrastructure. This is how agencies actually scale LinkedIn outreach without burning accounts. Not hacks. Not shortcuts. Just the right setup. If you want to see exactly how this works and how to set it up properly… Comment “Aimfox” below 👇

how do you deal with risk mitigation though when they question the validity of the person theyve essentially being vetted by?
Why I Quit ActiveCampaign Overnight
Seriously… you're lighting money on fire. Close to $1,000/month for tools like ActiveCampaign. And for what? Sending + dashboards. Here's what I'm using instead: Listmonk - Free, open-source email tool - No subscriber limits - No sending limits Amazon SES - ~$0.10 per 1,000 emails - Better deliverability than most tools And the best part… I run the entire system through Claude. No dashboards. No clicking around. Just commands. You go from: "managing email campaigns" → "running a system" Most people are stacking tools …and paying hundreds (or thousands) every month. When you can run the same (or better) setup for almost nothing. If you want the full setup guide + Claude skill I use: Comment "Monk" below 👇

🔥 The most oversaturated offer in cold email right now isn't what you think.
Every agency owner I talk to is pitching the same four things. AI voice agents. Reputation management. Chatbots. Website redesigns. Your prospects are getting 15 of these emails a week. They're numb to it. The fix isn't better copy. It's a completely different front-end offer. Something nobody in their inbox is pitching yet. -> Conversion optimization audits -> Free heat map installs -> A/B testing on their existing funnels 95% of local businesses aren't doing this stuff. And it sounds incredibly valuable when you explain it. What's your front-end offer right now? Is it actually different from what everyone else is sending?

@Tammy Tang glad you dig it. give it a try. go to 3 locals tomorrow, actually call in the morning to see if they have overflow, then quickkly spin one up and take it in to show them. pro tip - when you go to their site for knowledge base, run a branding color analysis prompt through an llm so it matches their actual brand. then they'll actually feel like its made for them specifically
Stop Guaranteeing Results (Do This Instead) 👇
You shouldn’t guarantee results. And honestly… you’re right to be scared. Most people try to say things like: “Guaranteed leads” “Guaranteed results” But here’s the problem: You don’t control everything. - the market might suck - the offer might be weak - the client might not execute properly And now… 👉 your business is on the line for things you can’t control The smarter approach 👇 Use a buyback guarantee instead. Simple: 14-day, no questions asked refund. Full money back. No hoops. No arguments. Why this works so well - removes ALL risk for the client - makes it easy to say yes - positions you as confident (not desperate) But this is where most people mess up… They offer the guarantee. But don’t back it up. The real game is the first 14 days If you want this to work, you need to: - deliver quick wins fast - communicate constantly - build a real relationship Because if you nail those 3 things… The client won’t even think about a refund. I’ve had thousands of clients go through this exact setup. Less than 1% ever asked for their money back. This isn’t about “reducing refunds.” It’s about: 👉 making it a no-brainer to start 👉 and making clients want to stay If you want the full breakdown of how to structure this into your offer… Comment “Offer” below 👇

The AI Personalization Hack That 3X Our Cold Email Replies
Most “personalized” cold emails aren’t actually personalized. They say things like: “Saw you’re the Head of Marketing at X company.” That’s not personalization. That’s just LinkedIn scraping from 2016. Real personalization references something the person actually said. And AI makes this surprisingly easy. Here’s the workflow we’ve been using that tripled our reply rate. The AI Cold Email Personalization Workflow Step 1 - Scrape their LinkedIn activity Use tools like Apify to pull: • their last 2-3 LinkedIn posts • engagement text • sometimes even comments Now you have real signals about what they care about. Step 2 - Feed those posts into AI Take the posts and send them to GPT with a structured prompt. Now your email starts with something like: "Noticed your Series B announcement - we recently helped a similar company handle [specific challenge] while expanding across multiple countries." That instantly feels human. Step 3 - Generate personalized openers at scale Instead of manually researching every prospect… AI reads the posts → extracts insights → writes the opening line. Now every email feels like you actually read their content, even when you’re sending at scale. Why this works Most cold emails fail in the first sentence. People can instantly tell if: • it’s generic • it’s templated • it’s automated But when you reference something they posted… It breaks the pattern. And that’s when conversations start. If you want to learn more about cool AI + automation systems like this (the kind we use inside our outbound and lead gen machines)… Comment “AIA”
