Point in the right direction
How's it going Phil! What program would you point me towards, to get my workouts done within 45-60 minutes, definitely 4 days a week, then the odd 5th day depending on family commitments and business
Which program
Hi all! Just a quick one, I've looked through some of the training templates on here! Just wondering which you'd recommend For me I can train 4 days a week, occasionally 5, looking to become a better all round athlete (stronger, faster, more explosive etc, ready for what life throws at you, and able to play with my child ) Thanks in advance

New Fitness Goal
I realized in my intro post last week that I didn't name a specific fitness goal. My goals are two pronged: - First I have an action goal to follow Phil's Athlete Training Program through the end of the year. I want to observe the physical and mental changes that take place as a result of sticking to a very regimented plan such as this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSHq-MzvMyY - Something more tangible, I want to be able to do one muscle up by January 31st, 2027 and also a good toe to bar for 5 reps. I am now working with a trainer at my training job whose been teaching me the technique around these. Excited for this new season of growth and positive change.

Just started way watching this again, hopefully gives me good insight to plan my own sessions
Back at it!
Back into the gym and been following Phil for a while! My 30 day goal is to keep consistent and get the gym to become a habit again 💪
