Does anyone have a good headache remedy, I have had this headache for 3 days now. I have tried electrolytes, salt and water, ice and magnesium. I really don't like taking pills If anyone has a good remedy to relieve it that would be very helpful I know whats causing it. I just can't do anything about it until Tuesday when I go to the physio.
