That’s the challenge. Looking back: • What worked? • What didn’t? • What would you actually keep doing? You don’t need to continue this exact habit — but if something stuck, that’s the win! Thanks for playing along (actively or quietly).
Reminder: gratitude doesn’t have to be deep. “Coffee” “Quiet” “My bed” “Not today’s problem” All valid. If you made your gratitude list last night, did it feel…? You don’t have to love it for it to work
We’re halfway through, which means: • Some of you are consistent • Some are winging it • Some are just now noticing this post All normal. If you did write things down — anything different this morning? If not — what usually steals your attention at night?
Done. I am not sure I'm noticing a huge difference but I have been finding daily wins for a while and try to do a mental list of 3 gratitudes in the morning. But I like writing them down and am using this as proof that I can follow through.
First off, I’m SOOO proud of you for committing to this gratitude challenge. Shout out to YOU. Quick poll: How did last night go? All answers count. This isn’t school.
This week’s challenge is aggressively simple. Before bed: ➡️ Write down 3 things you’re grateful for That’s it. No journaling skills required. No mindset overhaul. You don’t need to share them — but if you want, comment: • “Done” • Or one word for how it felt Miss a day? You can come back tomorrow.
