Today we spoke about something I see a lot in people. The inability to simply be. We have become so used to doing, reacting, answering, participating, proving, that many people have forgotten that being is also part of life. What if you don’t need to be involved in everything? What if you can simply sit, observe, listen, and trust? Stillness is not laziness. Stillness is where clarity is born. Stillness is where creation begins. Stillness is where transformation happens. We also spoke about boundaries. Giving yourself time is not selfish. Protecting your energy is not selfish. Nobody should matter more than you in your own life. The moment you stop feeling guilty for choosing yourself, something shifts. You become more present. More conscious. More available for the people and things that truly matter. And then there is connection. Real connection is not talking. Real connection is being present enough to listen. To receive. To create a space where there is a true exchange instead of two people waiting for their turn to speak. Life becomes very different when you stop reacting to everything around you and start consciously choosing the state from which you live. Because at the end of the day, the quality of your life is determined by the quality of your presence.
