Alright team — it’s time to step up (literally). For the whole month of October, we’re holding a Movement Challenge to keep you active, accountable, and having fun — with a killer prize at the end. Hi! Introducing myself!
I'm supposed to introduce myself sooo... hi! I'm Abri! I'm a software developer/voice over actor (trying to transition to the acting part I guess?). I do power lifting, strongman, and try to run a 5k with my dog once a year. Traditionally I deal with low back issues and have for 20 years but that's a lot better right now (thanks to Clayton and my power lifting coach, Mai). Now I'm dealing with knee issues lol.
