Some of you have much gold inside, yet are still struggling to speak it truly direct to the camera (which takes years of practice) so the podcast format being just a casual conversation is very effective. Hey everyone! I have been feeling into how to introduce myself - because this feels like a big moment for me. I’m Marena, and after years inside the corporate machine (think big tech, program management, systems thinking), I started seeing what was underneath it all. Turns out, I wasn’t just managing projects - I was picking up on the deeper patterns. The ways our systems shape us. The energy that moves through them. And the trauma that quietly seeps in when we’re not looking. What’s clear to me now: even in conscious, mission-driven spaces, if we’re not paying attention, we can end up recreating the same old distortions. I’m here to speak to that. To name what I see. And to start giving voice to the vision I hold for systems that actually support life, truth, and integrity. This is me beginning to share more openly, and I’m so grateful to be in a space that feels aligned and real. Excited to connect more, learn, grow, and be on this path with you all 💙

My first post in the NEU 🤩 I’m at the midway point of my journey where I know what I desire, I’ve found my purpose, I’ve made substantial headway, and I’m happy. I’ll be completely honest with you, my life is great and I feel blessed each morning that I wake up. It’s taken a lot of work to get where I am now and I’m proud of all I’ve achieved both in my personal life and in my career. Yet … I desire more. And, I’m finally at a place where I can say this out loud to an entire group of people whom I do not know .. and feel no shame. No guilt. No ‘im being greedy’. I desire more. Ha! It feels so great to say that and not feel shame!! I desire to contribute more, to learn more, to experience more, to earn more, give more, FEEL more, BE more and … (yeek I still have a block saying this next bit but if I can’t say it here I don’t think I’ll be able to say it anywhere 😆) I also desire … to save the world. There are many layers to that and I’ll likely share if I get to know those of you on a similar journey of self awareness and evolving into all we can become, but for now .. that’s me. In a nutshell 🥜 Hey, I’m Ray. I’m an Author and a Creative Writing Coach from the UK and I believe that stories can change the world, and through that lense, I am going to be one of many people on this planet who turn this sh*tshow around and join together to save the world.
