👋 Finally Introducing Myself & Curious Who Else Has Felt This Too

Hey everyone! I have been feeling into how to introduce myself - because this feels like a big moment for me.

I’m Marena, and after years inside the corporate machine (think big tech, program management, systems thinking), I started seeing what was underneath it all. Turns out, I wasn’t just managing projects - I was picking up on the deeper patterns. The ways our systems shape us. The energy that moves through them. And the trauma that quietly seeps in when we’re not looking.

What’s clear to me now: even in conscious, mission-driven spaces, if we’re not paying attention, we can end up recreating the same old distortions. I’m here to speak to that. To name what I see. And to start giving voice to the vision I hold for systems that actually support life, truth, and integrity.

This is me beginning to share more openly, and I’m so grateful to be in a space that feels aligned and real. Excited to connect more, learn, grow, and be on this path with you all 💙
