Does anyone have contact details for someone who can have bad reviews removed on Airbnb?

Does anyone know where I can find the templates used by John Bianchi? The airvaluation google doc? I didn’t see it in the course template module.

Received the call last week that my company was approved for 7 units at once in an A Class building. Although he initially set a date for this week (24th), the leasing guy informed me that he's awaiting the owner to send over the signed paperwork and then must await the screening process. Began ordering items prematurely, which was a not so wise move on my end, but I got hype when I found that I was approved. What factors could potentially impede the deal? Is an “approval” definitive? TIA
