Bio: I am a junior, I want to run faster... sub 11. Our school does not have a good program so I want to help rebuild the program!

Bio: I long jump and sprint/ 100m - 12.9 to sub 12 in 5 months/ LJ - 16ft to 20ft in a month/ 60m- 7.9-7.25 in <a month/ 200 and 400 PR’s soon.
