ETJ has genuinely changed how I approach my acting career. Deion doesn’t just teach the craft, he challenges you to understand the BUSINESS: your positioning, materials, networking, submissions & strategy. He celebrates your wins but isn’t afraid to tell you when you need to pivot, which is exactly what I want in a mentorship. I’ve gained industry knowledge, connections, confidence, and a community of actors I now call friends. One of the best investments I’ve made in my career!!
