One thing nobody tells you about acting is how much consistency matters mentally. There are weeks where you feel unstoppable… and weeks where you feel invisible. Sometimes you’re auditioning constantly. Sometimes it’s quiet. Sometimes you book. Sometimes you question everything. That doesn’t mean your dream is dead. Momentum in creative careers is rarely linear, and honestly? A lot of actors are struggling with confidence more than talent. Keep creating anyway 🖤

Please do NOT wait until your materials are “perfect” before submitting to projects. A lot of actors delay themselves for months because they think they need: - perfect headshots - a huge reel - expensive equipment - an agent - industry connections before they can even begin. You learn this industry by DOING it. Student films, indie projects, self tapes, networking, creator collaborations — all of those experiences teach you something valuable and help build momentum. Your first step does not need to look glamorous to matter
